We provide flexible, well-equipped laboratory spaces
tailored for startups and small R&D teams. Our lab spaces are designed to
meet rigorous industry standards for biotechnology and pharmaceutical research.
Each space can be adapted to specific project needs—whether in molecular
biology, chemistry, microbiology, cell biology or food science—and can scale as your company grows. With 24/7 secure access and on-site support, our facilities ensure that entrepreneurs have a safe, compliant environment to conduct experiments and
accelerate development.
- Two Wet Labs will be available on Oct 2025, ideal for startup companies with chemical analysis equipment. One approximately 2000 sq ft and the other around 1500 sq ft, both available for lease in October 2025. The labs are equipped with furniture and ventilation systems for hoods and chemical analysis equipment. You can have access to the common facility, including autoclaves, water purification system, and CREM Incubator equipment if needed.

How much should I expect to pay?
Typically rent is a couple of thousands of dollars per month for a wet lab space. The price depends highly on how large the wet lab is and what kinds of equipment you will need.

We provide shared equipment and facilities such as cell culture biosafety cabinets and fume hoods. We also provide services, such as waste removal, janitorial, etc.
